Welcome to Eastbourne Student Houses,  the home of quality student accomodation at affordable prices. We are a husband and wife team with over twenty seven years experience of renting properties to students in Eastbourne. Our houses are all in excellent central locations giving you easy access to the University and town centre, as well as some of Eastbourne's many attractions including the beaches, the nightclubs and the South Downs National Park.

At Eastbourne Student Houses we want you to make the most of your student days, so your comfort and security are our main priorities. All of our properties are spacious, fully furnished and comfortable, with modern kitchens, bathrooms, central heating and double glazing throughout. All our bedrooms have double-beds. Each property has a fibre broadband service.

For your peace of mind all our properties comply with current gas, electrical, fire and Environmental Health regulations. They are protected by fire alarm systems. We are registered landlords with the University of Brighton, Eastbourne Borough Council and are members of the National Landlords Association. Your deposits are protected by an insurance backed scheme.

For any maintenance issues we have a team of local tradesmen who deal with any problems quickly and efficiently.
